Reidsville, North Carolina - BETA Fueling Systems announced that they have been chosen by Aircraft Service International Group (ASIG), a leading commercial aviation services provider, to supply an undisclosed number of BETA HT800 hydrant dispenser trucks for their operations at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL) and Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport (ORD).
“This order comes on the heels of another recent order from Delta Airlines for ten hydrant dispensers that will be operated exclusively by ASIG in Atlanta”, said Jon DeLine, CEO of BETA Fueling Systems. “Having been again selected to supply equipment to two of the world’s most demanding airports is a great testament of the HT800’s reliability and also of our customer support”, said DeLine.
Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson airport had 911,074 aircraft takeoffs and landings in 2013 while Chicago O’Hare had 883,287 in the same period. The two airports had a combined passenger count of over 178 million passengers in 2013, which makes them ranked the first and second busiest airports, respectively, in the United States.
BETA’s HT800 hydrant dispensers deliver up to 800 gallons per minute of fuel to a full range of aircraft, from narrow body regional aircraft up to the A380 and are ideal to handle the extreme flight volumes of Atlanta and Chicago. Their efficient operation and low maintenance costs put them in high demand by major airlines and into plane operators.
