Coxreels Launches Compact Welding Hose and Cable Hand Crank Reels

Coxreels has introduced its new 100W Series welding hose reels and 100WCL Series welding cable reels, designed for space-constrained industrial and automotive applications.

The heavy-duty hand crank reels are intended for stationary shop workstations and mobile service rigs equipped with integrated welders or fuel gas compartments.

The 100W welding hose reel features an external fluid path and full-flow dual-ported swivel that routes both gas connections from the same side of the reel. The unit includes standard 9/16-inch – 18 UNF welding hose fittings.

The 100WCL welding cable reel includes a built-in Cable Keeper designed to prevent cable pigtail whipping or twisting, along with self-lubricating bronze spherical bearings engineered for heavy-duty applications.

According to Coxreels, both reel series are constructed with a 1/4-inch all-steel U-shaped frame and steel components intended to support long service life in demanding operating environments.

Additional features include CNC robotically spun discs with rolled edges for operator safety and line protection, direct hand crank operation, open drum design and composite bearings for smooth rotation. An adjustable tension brake is designed to prevent free-wheeling during transport, storage or operation.

The reels are finished with Coxreels’ CPC blue powder coat designed to resist chips and corrosion.

The 100W and 100WCL series reels are manufactured in the United States and backed by a 2-year limited warranty.
