Coxreels is highlighting its 1600 Series as a configurable reeling platform built to support a wide range of hose, cord and cable applications.
The 1600 Series features a symmetric reel design intended to give users more installation and component options across different operating environments. At the center of that flexibility is the Universal Bracket Kit, which is made from 12-gauge powder-coated steel and serves as both a chain and gear guard.
The bracket supports four payout angles, 0, 30, 60 and 90 degrees, and can be used to mount rewind cranks, three- or four-way roller guides, and three-way pins on either side of the reel. It also includes a removable center guard cap to allow quicker access to bearings for maintenance.
Coxreels said the bracket kit was designed to address space constraints while maintaining the durability expected in industrial applications.
The company manufactures its hose, cord and cable reels in the United States.
