Green Cubes Reports Record 2025 Performance, Advances Lithium Power Platform
Green Cubes Technology reported its strongest business performance to date in 2025 as the company approaches its 40-year milestone, supported by continued growth in demand for lithium-ion power systems.
The company said momentum is being driven by steady execution, investment in talent, and a focus on customer support, with lithium-ion solutions increasingly adopted across material handling and industrial operations. Designed for opportunity charging and extended cycle life, the batteries reduce the need for frequent swaps, helping operators reclaim battery room space and improve warehouse efficiency.
Green Cubes’ solutions support a range of equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, narrow-aisle trucks, and automated guided vehicles.
CEO Michael Walsh said the company delivered more than 90,000 batteries in the past year and continues to expand its OEM partnerships, which now total more than 25. He added that long-term service, reliability, and product quality remain key differentiators as customers evaluate return on investment.
The latest generation of the company’s SAFEFlex platform includes enhancements to battery performance, serviceability, battery management controls, and safety features. The platform is supported by MAESTRO, a cloud-based asset management system that enables real-time monitoring and remote oversight of battery performance.
According to the company, MAESTRO is currently monitoring more than 38,000 batteries globally, providing operators with tools to track usage, support compliance, and improve productivity.
Green Cubes said its lithium SAFEFlex batteries offer higher charging efficiency, faster charging times, and lower maintenance requirements compared to traditional sealed lead-acid batteries. The systems are designed as drop-in replacements for standard motive power battery compartments.
The company’s Kokomo, Indiana, facility remains its primary U.S. manufacturing and innovation hub, supported by engineering and supply chain operations in India, Malaysia, and Taiwan.
