AMS GSE Acquired by OEM Group
OEM Group has announced its acquisition of AMS GSE Pty Ltd.
According to a letter, posted on the AMS GSE website, the acquisition is intended to broaden OEM Group’s offering to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers in the global aviation ground services industry.
Australia-based AMS GSE produces ground support equipment (GSE) including aircraft access stairs, access lifts, deicing units, baggage trollies and more.
