Columbus Jack Corporation Purchases Assets From R. E. Atckison

Columbus Jack Corporation, acquired all of the assets comprising the hydraulic jack manufacturing business of R.E.
Atckison Co., Inc., of Azusa, CA. R.E. Atckison Co., Inc., will remain in the aircraft platform business.

Commenting on the transaction, David Somers, CEO of Quality Products Inc., stated, “This acquisition
further enhances the product offerings of Columbus Jack. We anticipate we will continue to provide
customers the same or higher level of service and quality they had come to expect from R.E. Atckison Co.,
Inc."
