Worker Airlifted To Trauma Center After Deicing Truck Flips At Pearson Airport

Two employees were in the vehicle when it flipped on its side at the airport's deicing facility.

MISSISSAUGA – An accident involving a de-icing truck at Pearson International Airport Sunday morning (Nov. 9) has sent two employees to hospital, one of whom has been airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre.

Peel Regional Police received the call around 7:50 a.m. after a deicing truck carrying two employees flipped over for unknown reasons at the airport.
