Mainline Aviation To Serve Scandinavian Airlines

Mainline Aviation is partnering with SAS Scandinavian Airlines to provide in-flight catering services for the airline's transatlantic route from Atlanta to Copenhagen.

The route operates daily during the summer months, utilizing an Airbus A330-300 aircraft.

In preparation for the collaboration, the award winning culinary team curated a menu that reflects the culinary traditions of both Scandinavia and the South in the United States.

Menu items include:

• Smoked Trout Salad
• Braised Short Rib with Smoked Tomato Jam
• Confit Lemon Chicken with Wild Mushroom Conserva
• Locally Sourced Meats + Cheeses
