Menzies Aviation reported record 2025 results, surpassing $3 billion in annual revenue for the first time, as continued expansion and acquisitions strengthened its position as the world’s largest aviation services provider.

The company posted a 16% year-over-year increase in revenue, up from $2.6 billion in 2024, marking its fifth consecutive year of double-digit growth. EBITDA reached $406 million, with a 13.4% margin.

Operationally, Menzies supported 5.3 million flights during the year, including 3.7 million fueling turns and 1.6 million ground handling turns, while handling 2.4 million tonnes of cargo across its global network.

A key driver of growth was the company’s acquisition of G2 Secure Staff, which doubled its presence in the United States to 108 airports and established Menzies as the largest aviation services provider in that market. Globally, its footprint expanded to 347 airports across 65 countries.

Menzies also added 63 airports to its network and grew its workforce to 65,000 employees, an increase of more than 13,000 year over year.

The company secured new business across key hubs, including ground handling licenses at Miami International Airport and New Terminal One at John F. Kennedy International Airport, as well as expansion in Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.

Investment in fleet and sustainability initiatives continued, with more than $200 million directed toward modernization. Menzies exceeded its target of 25% electric ground support equipment and increased use of hydrotreated vegetable oil as part of its emissions reduction efforts.

The results reflect broader industry trends, as airlines and airports increasingly turn to large, integrated service providers to support operational resilience, efficiency and scalability amid ongoing geopolitical and market pressures.
