Improve Passenger Experience at Airports for Senior Citizens, First Time Flyers: DGCA to Airlines

The Indian government has asked airlines and airports to focus on the passenger experience for travelers in the country. 

According to a report from the Times of India, ground staff has been directed to be courteous towards the traveling public when conducting passenger handling.
