Qatar Airways’ World-Renowned Qsuite Lands in Boston

Qatar Airways announces that its award-winning Business Class experience, Qsuite, is now available on daily flights to and from Boston, making the New England city the airline’s seventh gateway to feature the ‘First in Business Class’ product.

Patented by Qatar Airways, Qsuite features the industry’s first-ever double bed available in Business Class, as well as private cabins for up to four people with privacy panels that stow away, allowing passengers in adjoining seats to create their own private room, a first of its kind in the industry. Adjustable panels and movable TV monitors on the center four seats allow colleagues, friends or families travelling together to transform their space into a private suite, allowing them to work, dine and socialize together.

Qatar Airways Senior Vice President of the Americas, Eric Odone, said: “Introducing the revolutionary Qsuite on our Boston route marks an exciting day for Qatar Airways as we are bringing a one-of-a-kind product to our seventh U.S. gateway since its launch two years ago. With Qsuite, Boston Business Class travelers will now be able to create their own customizable onboard experience, which is unlike anything they have experienced before. We look forward to welcoming passengers onboard this innovative product.”

Flights on the Boston route will be served by an Airbus A350-900 aircraft. Currently, Qsuite is available on an array of international flights, including New York, Washington, D.C., Chicago, London, Paris, Frankfurt and Shanghai on select B777-300ERs, select A350-900s, and all A3501000s.

Launched on March 16, 2016, the route between Boston’s Logan International Airport and Doha’s Hamad International Airport represented the airlines’ ninth US destination. Boston business and leisure travelers can access Qatar Airways network of more than 160 exciting destinations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, North America and South America.

A multiple-award-winning airline, Qatar Airways was named ‘World’s Best Business Class’ by the 2018 World Airline Awards, managed by international air transport rating organization Skytrax. It

was also named ‘Best Business Class Seat’, ‘Best Airline in the Middle East’, and ‘World’s Best First Class Airline Lounge’.

Qatar Airways has launched an array of exciting new destinations recently, including Gothenburg, Sweden; Mombasa, Kenya; and Da Nang, Vietnam. The airline will add a number of exciting new destinations to its extensive route network in 2019, including Malta, and many more.
