Delta Air Lines Expanding Nonstop Service Between Spokane, Los Angeles

March 3, 2020

Delta Air Lines is adding a second daily nonstop flight from Spokane International Airport to Los Angeles beginning Sept. 14.

The Atlanta-based carrier announced Monday it’s expanding direct service with a flight departing Spokane at 5 p.m. daily and arriving at Los Angeles International Airport at 7:45 p.m. A returning daily flight will depart Los Angeles at 1:45 p.m. and arrive in Spokane at 4:30 p.m.

“We are pleased that Delta Air Lines is responding to the substantial demand for additional nonstop service to Los Angeles,” Larry Krauter, CEO of Spokane International Airport, said in a statement.

Delta’s expanded service provides a one-stop connection to Atlanta; San Diego, San Jose and Sacramento, California; Phoenix; Las Vegas; Orlando, Florida; Nashville, Tennessee; and international destinations Tokyo, and Mexico City, Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara, Mexico.

Delta’s expanded service to Los Angeles comes after the airline announced a new nonstop flight to Atlanta beginning in July. The airline also provides daily nonstop service from Spokane to Minneapolis, Salt Lake City and Seattle.

Seattle-based Alaska Airlines launched direct service from Spokane to Los Angeles in January.
