A former commercial airline pilot was charged with criminal mischief after allegedly writing racist and pro-Trump graffiti at the Tallahassee, Fla., airport, according to a CNN report.

Police charged James Ellis Dees, who used to fly for Endeavor Air, with nine counts of criminal mischief after he admitted to writing derogatory messages about African-Americans and Hispanics, such as “#MAGA =NO N**S =NO SP**S,” throughout the airport, including in restrooms and a parking lot elevator.

During police questioning, Dees copped to the graffiti and said he had “been going through a ‘really tough time,’ and has anger issues.”

He no longer works for Endeavor Air, a Delta subsidiary, according to a Delta spokesperson.

“These actions in no way reflect the values of Endeavor Air, and this individual is no longer employed by the airline,” the spokesperson told CNN.

The Tallahassee Police airport unit said there were 20 reported incidents of graffiti at the airport between December 2018 and December 2019. At least 15 of the incidents were racist. Dees admitted he was responsible for all but one of the instances of racist graffiti.

Tallahassee Police said damages were less than $200.
