Talma, specifically its subsidiary in Mexico, together with the stations of the Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX) and the Felipe Ángeles International Airport (NLU), received the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO), CEIV Lithium Batteries (CEIV Li-batt) and Smart Facility certifications, issued by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in recognition of the organization's operational excellence.
The ISAGO certificate accredits the Talma headquarters in Peru, headquarters of the Talma Mexico stations, and covers organization and management activities, as well as cargo and postal mail handling, guaranteeing that best practices are implemented to maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency for cargo handling.
Regarding the second distinction, CEIV Li-batt, recognizes compliance with the rigorous safety standards and obligations in the transportation of lithium batteries throughout the entire supply chain, demonstrating the commitment of the subsidiary in Mexico to good management practices. for the handling of this type of merchandize.
Finally, the Smart Facility certification recognizes the compliance of general cargo handling facilities, dangerous goods, live animals, perishable cargo, pharmaceutical cargo and the handling of postal mail; under current IATA standards and regulations, achieving a reduction in the scope and frequency of audits applied by airlines, which improves the efficiency of operations.

In addition, Talma México has the CEIV Pharma certification, regarding the transportation of time-sensitive and temperature-controlled products, such as medications or vaccines.
