While the headlines at this year’s NBAA- BACE will no doubt be grabbed by large OEM sales, it is often the many smaller agreements that take place at this prestigious event that really make the difference in our fantastic industry.

In 2020, Harrods Aviation will look forward to operating FBO One software after many years of developing and using their own, in house, FBO management system.

Kerry Besgrove Operations Director of Harrods Aviation, comments, ‘after completing our due diligence of the market place, FBO One proved to be the right choice to make. FBO One brings many advantages to our daily business activities, including speed and efficiency, faster processing, industry and client interfaces and a full suite of reporting and tracking capabilities covering our aircraft handing and fuelling operations’.

Ries Vriend, CEO of Amsterdam Software says, ‘I am very proud and excited that Harrods Aviation has chosen FBO One. Harrods Aviation is one of the best FBOs worldwide. They operate an exceptionally high level of service at London Luton and London Stansted. FBO One is an excellent match with the philosophy of the Harrods Aviation business.’

Vriend continues, ‘important modules in the system are handling, fuel sales, contract management and billing. FBO One has many interfaces to industry parties, such as NetJets, VistaJet, AVCard and AirCard for e-invoicing. Amsterdam Software has many more industry interfaces in the pipeline. It makes business easier for both the FBO and the operator.’
