Pratt & Whitney Signs Exhaust System Component Distribution Agreement with Satair Group

Satair Group will distribute the spare parts to Pratt & Whitney’s worldwide customer base. Satair Group will also maintain customer orders and fulfillment for the life of the program and has already taken over distribution duties.

MRO ASIA, November 1, 2017 – Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX), announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Satair Group, a leading provider of aftermarket services and solutions for the civil aerospace industry, for the exclusive distribution of PW4000 100-inch engine nacelle exhaust system parts.

Under the terms of the agreement, Satair Group will distribute the spare parts to Pratt & Whitney’s worldwide customer base. Satair Group will also maintain customer orders and fulfillment for the life of the program and has already taken over distribution duties.

This comes on top of the thrust reverser component distribution agreement we signed with Pratt & Whitney in 2016.
