Courses were designed based on market needs and customer requirements and include an overview of industry trends, understanding Inmarsat and Iridium networks, hardware configuration and troubleshooting techniques.

The classes range from one to three days in duration and can be provided at a customer’s location upon request. The courses are lead by IATA Certified training professionals and participants receive certificates upon completion of each class.

The classes cover all technical networks in aviation communications. The foundation course focuses on troubleshooting and SATCOM schematics. The Inmarsat aviation course provides training on legacy and next generation Inmarsat systems. The IP and Voice course concentrates on introducing maintenance and operational professionals to troubleshooting IP networks, which are vital to today’s aircraft.
