New England Air Museum Will Be Closed From Mar. 14 - Mar. 31

The museum will reopen Wednesday Apr. 1, subject to further evaluation of the situation.

In support of local, state, and federal efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), and in keeping with Gov. Ned Lamont’s request to minimize public gatherings and encourage employees to work from home, the New England Air Museum will be closing to the public for two weeks beginning Mar. 14, . The museum will reopen Apr. 1, subject to further evaluation of the situation.

Executive Director Deborah J. Reed stated, “While we do not know of any exposure to COVID-19 connected to the New England Air Museum, we made this decision out of an abundance of caution to protect our visitors, volunteers, and employees. We will continue to monitor the situation and look forward to welcoming visitors back to the museum soon.”
