Students earning a certificate of completion will be able to:
- Locate and apply contract document requirements.
- Identify materials.
- Sample material and determine which tests to run.
- Understand the construction process and inspection procedures.
- Document, measure and pay for items.
Available courses include: Inspection of Excavation, Inspection of Embankment, Inspection of Hot Mix Asphalt, Materials for Hot Mix Asphalt, Compaction of Hot Mix Asphalt, Inspection of Metal Beam Guard Fence and Project Control.
The online courses feature on-demand video modules that teach construction inspection procedures. Each video is followed by a quiz to ensure the module is mastered.
