L3Harris was awarded a contract with the Prince Sultan Aviation Academy (PSAA), the training arm of “Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation”, to provide a new A320 Reality Seven Full Flight Simulator (FFS) and Enhanced Flat Panel Trainer (EFPT).
At the awarding of the contract, Capt. Ismael S. Alkoshy – Managing Director Prince Sultan Aviation Academy, said, “L3Harris were able to demonstrate how they can support and advance our training offering with their industry-leading technology. We look forward to training our pilots on this cutting-edge device”.
Robin Glover-Faure, VP sales and marketing, commercial aviation, L3Harris said, “We are thrilled to begin working with PSAA. The selection demonstrates our ability to meet the future training requirements of customers in the region.”
The selection of the devices follows a rigorous technical evaluation and competitive tender process. They are scheduled to be delivered and installed at the PSAA training center in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in mid-2020.
