JUNE 29, 2017: ROCKFORD, MICHIGAN: Azimuth Aerospace Solutions, LLC has acquired electronics training equipment manufacturer CES Industries and its Ed-Lab product line. For more than 30 years, CES Industries has manufactured thousands of electronics training systems that are used in high schools, colleges, and military academies throughout the world.

“This acquisition enables us to offer electronics and avionics schools a complete package of curriculum, detailed lesson plans, textbooks, and now lab trainers with hands-on projects,” said William Tramper, President of Azimuth Aerospace. “This package is an ideal solution for schools that want to offer a comprehensive electronics program, an NCATT Aviation Electronics Technician (AET) certification program, or a STEM Skills curriculum,” he added.

The Ed-Lab product line includes models ranging from basic exploratory trainers to advanced analog and digital electronics training systems. Azimuth Aerospace works with each school to help them choose the right level of training solution for their program goals, and develops curriculum and lesson plans for instructors to make learning easy and enjoyable.

In addition, Azimuth Aerospace has established a service center offering repair and calibration for the Ed-Lab trainers. “There are thousands of Ed-Lab trainers in the field so naturally, we want to take care of CES Industries’ customers and this great line of products. We hope the schools and training centers that currently own CES trainers will be reassured that Azimuth Aerospace will continue to support the product line and help extend the life of their trainers,” commented Tramper.
