Daytona Beach, Fla., Dec. 18, 2014 – Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide will offer five free webinars in 2015 that cover a variety of topics, ranging from unmanned systems to job interviewing.
Each 50-minute webinar includes a presentation and Q&A session. This complimentary webinar series gives prospective students and the public an opportunity to experience Embry-Riddle Worldwide instruction while also learning about current trends and topics.
The 2015 sessions include:
- “The Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics Degree and its Capstone,” Tuesday, Jan. 13, 3 p.m. (EST), presented by Scott Burgess, assistant professor and program chair for Embry-Riddle Worldwide’s Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics
- “Aviation Psychology,” Tuesday, Feb. 10, noon (EST), presented by Clint Balog, assistant professor in the College of Aeronautics at Embry-Riddle Worldwide
- “How to Make Safety Work in Your Company,” Tuesday, April 14, 1 p.m. (EST), presented by Mark Friend, professor of doctoral studies at Embry-Riddle’s Daytona Beach Campus
- “Unmanned Air Systems – An Overview of Applications and Operations,” Tuesday, May 12, 2 p.m. (EST), presented by Paul Nelepovitz, associate professor for Embry-Riddle Worldwide’s Master of Science in Unmanned Systems
- “Interviewing to Get the Job,” Tuesday, June 9, 3 p.m. (EST), presented by Rose Opengart, assistant professor of business administration at Embry-Riddle Worldwide
