PSA Airlines Introduces New Workforce Development Program
A Vandalia-based airline is introducing a new workforce development program that will pay for training and guarantee job placement within the company.
PSA Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines headquartered at the Dayton International Airport, will provide a pathway for interested students at its partner schools to transition from the classroom to the aviation maintenance hangars at PSA. The airline currently has partnerships with several Dayton-area schools, including Great Oaks Career Center, Miami Valley Career Technology Center and Sinclair Community College.
