DE PERE – A 69-year-old man escaped with what are believed to be only minor injuries when his airplane crashed Tuesday evening at Birch Creek Airport in De Pere.
The man was the sole occupant of the Cessna 172 when it crashed about 6 p.m., according to a Brown County Sheriff's news release.
