Vanderlande Completes Acquisition of Siemens Logistics' HQ and Operations

Vanderlande has successfully acquired Siemens Logistics' HQ and operations outside the US, enhancing its ability to meet increased demand for automated logistics solutions and strengthen customer proximity worldwide.

Vanderlande, a leading global partner in future-proof logistic process automation for the warehousing, airports and parcel sectors, has successfully completed the acquisition of Siemens Logistics’ HQ in Germany and the operations outside the United States, following respective regulatory approvals.

 

With the completion of the acquisition, the integration activities for the acquired business outside the US will start immediately.  This enables Vanderlande to respond more rapidly to increased demand for automated logistics solutions. The process of obtaining regulatory clearance for the US-based operations is ongoing.
