C&S Companies Promotes Fabend to Aviation Planning Service Group Manager

C&S Companies proudly announces that Kim Fabend, PE, PTOE, ENV SP, has been promoted to lead the firm’s aviation planning group. Fabend’s 23-year career at C&S has included aviation and transportation planning, engineering, and sustainability projects. She has built a reputation for operational success through her most recent responsibilities leading teams, pursuits, and projects to support airports across the country. She will be leading a diverse team of aviation planning experts that develop innovative and strategic plans for clients that integrate the varied needs, goals, and possibilities at airports.

Fabend is a licensed professional engineer in numerous states, professional traffic operations engineer, and an Envision sustainability professional. She is also a member of several industry organizations including the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA), Institute of Transportation Engineers, and several regional and state-level organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University and Bachelor of Arts in Physics from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
