The CVG Airport Authority Names Bill Siemer as Vice President – Planning and Development

The CVG Airport Authority, which owns and operates the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), has named Bill Siemer as Vice President – Planning and Development. In this position, Mr. Siemer will lead the Authority’s airport capital projects, planning functions, engineering and design, construction management, program management, environmental planning and processes, environmental compliance, and sustainability efforts. Mr. Seimer began his new role on May 20, 2024.

Mr. Siemer brings more than 25 years of global experience in facilities management, capital improvements, planning, real estate, and environmental service. Most recently, he was Senior Project Manager with CBRE Principal Projects

Group where he delivered turnkey facilities project solutions to clients across the U.S. Mr. Siemer has also worked for Monmouth University in New Jersey as Executive Director for Campus Planning and Facilities Management and for Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Mid-Atlantic as Executive Officer.

Mr. Siemer received a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He went on to earn his master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. Mr. Siemer also served in the United States Navy. He is registered as a Professional Civil Engineer, a Certified Energy Manager and a Certified Educational Facilities Professional.
