The Jackson County Airport Authority Names Michael Doil as Business Development Manager

In this position, Mr. Doil will be responsible for developing and implementing all marketing initiatives for the Airport.

The Jackson County Airport Authority named Michael Doil as Business Development Manager for Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport (MFR). In this position, Mr. Doil will be responsible for developing and implementing all marketing initiatives for the Airport. He will attract and retain companies and organizations to operate aviation-related businesses, including air service, air cargo, general aviation, concessions, real estate, and aeronautical/non-aeronautical land/facility usage and development. He began his new position on April 10, 2023.

Mr. Doil has over 25 years of experience in the aviation and travel industry with a proven track record of successful results in sales and operations. Most recently, he worked for Combined Worksite Solutions as an Account Manager where he handled sales opportunities within the small- to mid-sized business industry vertical. He also served as Director of Sales and Business Development for Plaza Travel; Director of Sales, Northeast Region for Etihad Airways; and Manager, Sales Development for Delta Air Lines.

Mr. Doil graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He went on to earn a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas Christian University.
