Contour Takes Off from MKE to Indianapolis and Pittsburgh

Oct. 13, 2021

Contour Airlines launched its new nonstop service from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport on Oct. 12, offering daily service to both Indianapolis and Pittsburgh. The airport held a launch celebration at gate, featuring Pittsburgh and Indianapolis-themed items for passengers on the inaugural flights.

“With affordable fares and nonstop flights, Contour is a fantastic addition here at MKE,” Airport Director Brian Dranzik said. “Travelers who have business, family, or friends in Indianapolis or Pittsburgh can support our hometown by flying from our community’s airport. Contour will get you there quickly and comfortably.”

Passengers aboard Contour’s ERJ-135 jets enjoy comfortable all-leather seating with expanded legroom, complimentary snacks and beverages, and a free checked bag included with every fare. Seat pitch throughout the aircraft is a minimum of 36 inches, which is on par with the first-class offerings of major carriers.

“We’re confident that travelers will appreciate the speed and comfort of our air service,” said Matt Chaifetz, Contour’s Chief Executive Officer. “Our nonstop flights to Indianapolis and Pittsburgh will give travelers from Milwaukee the opportunity to increase their efficiency and productivity.”

Tickets are available for purchase at contourairlines.com and all major travel websites. Indianapolis service is offered seven days per week, and Pittsburgh is offered Sundays through Fridays.
