HMSHost Awarded 10-Year Contract at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport for Four Food & Beverage Locations

Feb. 23, 2018

HMSHost and joint venture partner Heigh Connects LLC have been awarded a 10-year contract to operate two new Urban Markets and two new Starbucks stores at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. These new locations will give travelers in Concourse D and the pre-security Baggage Claim area of the airport the convenience of fresh sandwiches, salads, and handy market items with Urban Market alongside the traditional coffeehouse experience they love at Starbucks.

“Having access to world-class food and drink options is important to travelers in all areas of an airport and HMSHost is very excited to expand the availability of Starbucks beverages and food as well as our own Urban Market to meet the demands of travelers in Sea-Tac Airport,” said HMSHost Vice President of Business Development Stephen Douglas. “Heigh Connects LLC will be an instrumental part of implementing these new options and we thank them for their partnership.”
