Paradies Lagardère announced Jan. 3, that Cassie Nelson has joined the company’s as vice president of food and beverage operations. Nelson will report to Senior Vice President Bill Casey. In her role, Nelson will identify and facilitate initiatives that support Paradies Lagardère’s growth strategies, with dual focus in both the field and corporate areas of the business.
“As Paradies Lagardère continues to successfully grow its food and beverage business in airports throughout North America, we look to industry veterans such as Cassie to help with these efforts,” said Casey. “Cassie has extensive expertise in the food and beverage industry, and we look forward to her contributions."
Nelson has more than 20 years of experience with The McDonald’s Corp. She began her career as an hourly-crew member, and has held field and corporate roles including vice president of Franchising and Operations, as well as vice president and general manager of the Heartland Region. Cassie was most recently a joint venture partner with Bloomin’ Brands and Carrabba's Italian Grill restaurants. She holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Kansas. Away from work, Cassie enjoys spending time with her family, and is an active leader in many charitable and philanthropic initiatives.
