The Acadiana Regional Airport has major developments in the works.
Iberia Parish President, M. Larry Richard announced during his state of the parish address that international cargo is in the works at the airport.
While the airport doesn't service commercial flights, it does still serve the community. Airport Director, Megan McLellan, says the upcoming developments will better fill that service to the community.
