If you’re traveling to Europe this summer, don’t be surprised if you have to spend extra time sitting around the airport there due to flight delays.
Larger numbers of Americans are making the trip across the pond as new low-cost transatlantic carriers like Norwegian and Iceland’s WOW have expanded their assault on the U.S. market, adding more flights from more U.S. cities and forcing their big incumbent competitors to implement new bare-bones basic economy fares for flights to Europe.
