Uber bested Lyft, but the local airport won big.
More than 850 people called on the two ride-hailing services in March, the first month of the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport’s first contract with both.
Under the contract, the airport earns $2 each time either Lyft or Uber picks up a passenger at the airport.
