As property GM, Andrew oversaw all facets of property management, including staffing, quality control, and property refurbishment initiatives, alongside managing extensive F&B operations. Notably among his achievements is the implementation of operational compliance measures, ensuring adherence to franchise service level agreements, brand guidelines and vendor contracts. Under his leadership, he developed and drove an internal audit process that resulted in two Rosette Awards, a top hotel honor. Heading up operations at Airport Dimensions, Andrew has channeled his wealth of experience into cultivating an exceptional lounge experience across a global portfolio of award-winning lounges, introducing pioneering initiatives at the airport such as Sleep Lounges and Gaming, to elevate passenger experience and satisfaction.
