Niles Bolton Associates has acquired Dye Aviation Facilities Architecture, a 40-year old design firm known for its specialized expertise in aviation design spanning the continental U.S., Hawaii, Caribbean, Middle East and Asia.  The acquisition expands Niles Bolton Associates’ transit studio to now include design services for corporate flight departments, executive terminals for Fixed Based Operator’s, jet maintenance facilities and private hangars.

"The general aviation market has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, and we feel that growth will only continue,” said Niles Bolton, chairman and CEO of Niles Bolton Associates.  “Mercer Dye has developed a strong reputation within the aviation industry, and I’m thrilled at what the future holds.”

“Joining forces with a high-caliber firm such as Niles Bolton Associates will provide our existing and future clients with many more resources and a larger territorial reach,” said Mercer Dye. “Dye Aviation had been collaborating with Niles Bolton Associates across the country since 2017  and I am proud that our partnership is now official. In addition to architectural and planning services, we will now be able to offer our clients award-winning interior design and landscape architecture services.”
