July 12, 2019

Infax, Inc. (www.infax.com), the data-driven provider of information technology (IT) solutions for public and commercial institutions, today announced a strategic partnership with Simpleway, the customized unified passenger information platform for travel hubs across the globe. Infax and Simpleway are teaming up to provide travel hubs with an intuitive audio-visual, passenger communication platform powered by Infax's Airport Operational Database (AODB).

Infax provides software that improves the customer experience in venues throughout the country, both in the public and private sector. Through the partnership, the companies will offer their customers a robust unified software system for passenger communications. Infax's Flight Data Interfaces and Infax's AODB will integrate with Simpleway's automated announcements engine and 65 language libraries to provide a seamless system to manage audio-visual messaging in real-time. This will fundamentally improve the overall passenger experience across airports, train stations and bus terminals. The system will also feature ADA compliant hearing assistance solutions in the form of a hearing loop, provided by Hearing Loop Systems, one of the nation's largest providers of induction loop hearing assistance systems.

"Infax is dedicated to improving facility guest experiences with technology and this partnership with Simpleway aligns perfectly with our mission," said Tracy Davis, vice president, Infax. "Simpleway's automated announcements technology and multilingual voice libraries greatly expand our products and capabilities. We look forward to working with Simpleway and continuing to improve the passenger experience for all transportation hubs."

"We are thrilled to partner with Infax. Its market reach, data expertise, and 50 years of industry experience will help expand the use of Simpleway's technologies in North American airports," added Montee Fiely, sales director, Simpleway.

Infax offers a range of enterprise IT products and services, including TRAX, a facility analytics platform that monitors, captures and examines the flow and movement of people and assets, in real-time.
