Mxi Technologies Announces Key Appointments to Executive Leadership Team

Scott Helmer has been promoted to COO; Jeff Cass has been appointed the role of Chief Innovation Officer; and Peter Feldmann joins Mxi Technologies as Chief of Business Strategy and Development

Ottawa, Canada (June 30, 2015) - Mxi® Technologies, the global leader in aviation maintenance management software solutions, today announced the following key appointments to its executive leadership team:

Scott Helmer has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO), responsible for overseeing corporate plans and performance measures that will maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness. He will also remain in his current role as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Mxi Board of Directors.
 
Jeff Cass has been appointed the role of Chief Innovation Officer, responsible for setting the company’s technology vision and providing overall strategic direction for a broad range of functions and services aimed at better responding to the evolving needs of the marketplace. Cass was most recently Mxi’s Chief Technology Officer and is one of the original founders of the company.
 
Peter Feldmann joins Mxi Technologies as Chief of Business Strategy and Development, providing strategic and operational leadership for the company’s global Sales team. He will be responsible for identifying critical business development relationships and alliances within and across all market segments, liaising with the aviation standards bodies, industry associations and in-country regulators to promote and influence market direction. Prior to Mxi, Feldmann was co-founder and COO at CAVOK Group, a division of Oliver Wyman, and has held senior management positions with several aviation technical and operational support firms.
 
Jennifer Ross-Carrière has been appointed Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing the company’s human resources strategy, including talent attraction, retention and development, as well as employee engagement, compensation and benefits. She will also remain in her current role as Mxi’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
 
Trisha Cooke has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing, responsible for the company’s global investment in the corporate marketing function, including product marketing, branding and awareness, media relations, demand generation, and customer community programming. Cooke was most recently Mxi’s Director of Marketing.
