Software firm Ideagen, which has a presence in East Kilbride, has won a contract to provide services to an aviation ground handling services company in Saudi Arabia designed to improve safety, security and quality across the organisation.
Ideagen's Q-Pulse software will be used by the Saudi Ground Services Company (SGS) to replace manual and paper systems currently used to maintain compliance to internal standards and certifications.
The software will become SGS’s centralised management system, helping 27 SGS locations in Saudi Arabia streamline document creation and control, audit management and provide functionality for non-conformance, deviation and analysis.
