Having a complete backup of all historical records on an aircraft is essential to protecting the value of your asset. E-Log electronic logbook archiving is a digitized version of the exact historical inspection and maintenance logs of your aircraft. Your logbook information is scanned into a PDF image and is OCR’d for searchable text, which then becomes available on Avtrak’s secure web site as well as a CD. Digital images are taken directly from the existing aircraft engine, propeller, and APU paper maintenance logbooks. The aircraft records become organized electronically just like the paper copies of records but searching for information electronically to locate the information you are looking becomes quick and easy.

It is designed around the work order needs of Part 135 management companies and Part 91 operations that have their own staff of maintenance technicians and perform all or some of their own maintenance.
