Wingtips Lounge Update in Response to COVID-19

With the developments of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Wingtips Lounge is making changes to our daily operations in order to protect our guests, team members, business partners, their families and the airports we serve. As such, the following changes will be implemented at our locations until further notice.

Wingtips – JFK

Effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020:

  • We have reduced seating capacity to 45 guests at any given time in compliance with New York State and Port Authority recommendations as well as maintain appropriate social distancing.
  • There will be a reduced menu that includes pre-packaged food options.
  • Hours of operation remain 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Wingtips – STL

Effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020:

  • We have reduced seating capacity to 32 passengers in order to comply with St. Louis City ordinances.
  • Currently, we are no longer providing a food buffet to our guests. All food is made fresh to order for each individual.
  • Based on the flight activity at the airport, we are reducing our hours of operation to:

Sunday-Friday: 7:30 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

Saturday: Closed

We understand the impact this will have on our traveling guests and we want you to know how much we appreciate your flexibility and understanding during this time. There is nothing more important than our collective health and safety.
