New Bottega Prosecco Bar at Bologna Airport

Following the success of Rome Fiumicino Airport, the new restaurant will bring the atmosphere of a Venetian “Bacaro” bar to international passengers travelling to and from the Italian epicentre of food.

The Bottega Prosecco Bar launched at "Guglielmo Marconi" airport in Bologna, Italy, marks the 18 opening of the successful format, five years after its debut.

Sandro Bottega, owner and managing director of Bottega, the Italian winery and distillery that conceived the concept, comments, “Bologna airport is the international gateway for tourists heading to Bologna and all the towns that compose the food excellence and culture mosaic of Central Italy.
