(Stellar) announces today that it has finalized the acquisition of Pacific Gateway Concessions (PGC), continuing the company’s strategic growth as a leading North American airport retailer. Through the 51-store acquisition across 10 airports, Stellar gains an estimated $85.6M in annualized sales going forward, increasing its diverse portfolio to over 100 news/convenience and specialty stores in nearly 20 United States airports.
