Just a few days before its application at EBACE (European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition) in Geneva, VINCI Airports confirms its presence in business aviation relying on high quality of services.

In 2018, traffic results on this segment achieved strong results throughout the network’s 5 French airports handling business aviation. Lyon-Bron, Toulon Hyères, Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc, Grenoble Alpes Isère and Clermont-Ferrand Auvergne airports handled more than 22,000 aircraft movements, an overall growth of 14% compared to 2017. Growth was particularly sharp at Lyon-Bron, with a 36% increase over the previous year.

Leveraging the strength of its five FBOs (Fixed Based Operators) network in South-East of France, VINCI Airports is preparing IS-BAH certification at Lyon-Bron airport and has launched in 2018 an internal quality label “VINCI Airports Executive Handling”. The aim of this label is to create a common identity based on 4 shared values: attention to detail, flexibility, discretion and safety. It illustrates VINCI Airports’ commitment to further develop its expertise in business aviation, in line with customers’ growing demand and requirements.

As a new challenge for 2019, VINCI Airports will launch its label in Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport which will be the first experience of such a deployment at an international airport.
