The FBO placed No. 19 overall in the Americas and was named the No. 1 FBO in the West Region for the third consecutive year, while also earning the top spot in the Palm Springs market for the fifth straight year.
Desert Jet Center also received high marks across key service categories, including No. 2 in line service and No. 3 in customer service representatives, reflecting strong performance in customer-facing operations.
The annual AIN FBO Survey is based on feedback from flight crews, operators and passengers, evaluating FBOs across areas such as service, amenities and facilities.
