Avfuel Advances Executive Leadership Team as Part of Long-Term Succession Plan

Avfuel Corporation has promoted four senior executives and formalized a new senior leadership structure as part of its long-term succession and continuity strategy, the company announced.

C.R. Sincock II was appointed president, while Joel Hirst was promoted to executive vice president, Marci Ammerman to senior vice president of marketing and strategic planning, and Jonathan Boyle to vice president of sales for contract and bulk fuel. The moves establish a senior executive team responsible for enterprise-wide operations and long-range planning.

Sincock, a second-generation leader of the family-owned company, has served on Avfuel’s executive team for 18 years. As president, he assumes oversight of company performance, strategic priorities and customer-facing initiatives, with a focus on business development, supply and logistics, risk management, financial strategy and sustainable aviation fuel initiatives.

“Despite industry headwinds, Avfuel has continued to grow its global reach and customer base,” said Craig Sincock, chairman and CEO of Avfuel. “These promotions reflect years of deliberate leadership development and reinforce stability and continuity for our partners.”

Hirst, who has spent more than three decades with Avfuel, will oversee day-to-day operational functions as executive vice president, including supply reliability, budget performance and customer development across the company’s divisions.

Ammerman, a 38-year Avfuel veteran, will continue to lead brand strategy, communications and enterprise-wide strategic planning, aligning market intelligence and partner initiatives with long-term business objectives.

Boyle, with 16 years at the company, will lead contract fuel, bulk fuel and international business aviation sales, working closely with FBOs, airports and operators across Avfuel’s global network.

In conjunction with the promotions, Avfuel established a senior leadership group to provide shared oversight and collective input on operational execution and long-range priorities. The group includes Mike Zultowski, senior vice president of finance and operations; Ron Cagle, vice president of credit; and Craig LaVigne, vice president of finance.

Company leadership said the structure is intended to support consistent decision-making and long-term growth while maintaining the flexibility of a privately held organization.
