MOORHEAD — The National Transportation Safety Board has issued a preliminary report on the crash of a vintage plane that killed Breckenridge, Minn., farmer and pilot Mark Yaggie on July 2.
Among other findings, the NTSB said the plane struck a light pole along Interstate 94 just outside Moorhead before going down.
