International Logistics Firm Expanding at DFW Airport

An Illinois-based global logistics company is taking a big block of distribution space at DFW International Airport.

Seko Logistics is leasing almost 100,000 square feet of industrial space at the southwest corner of the airport at 3051 W. Airfield Road.

The new shipping hub is in building two of the DFW Airfield Logistics Center, according Newmark Knight Frank’s Garrison Efird who was on the team that negotiated the lease.

Seko Logistics' new location is in the Euless business park built by Seefried Industrial Properties and owned by Clarion Partners.

Newmark Knight Frank’s Efird, Jim Cooksey and Frank Puskarich negotiated the lease with Lee & Associates.

Seko Logistics is a transportation, logistics, forwarding and warehousing company with operations in 40 countries.

The firm currently operates a its Seko Logistics Aerospace & Aviation Headquarters at 8551 Esters Blvd. in Irving and its Seko Logistics Dallas distribution center at 2450 W. Airfield Drive.

The new lease is just the latest big distribution center deal at DFW Airport, which is one of North Texas' busiest industrial markets.

More than 30 million square feet of additional warehouse and shipping space is currently under construction in Dallas-Fort Worth.
