RS&H has appointed Tang Fang as a principal architect within its aviation market, adding more than 20 years of architectural experience to support project delivery and strategic growth across the firm’s U.S. portfolio.

Fang will lead design initiatives and contribute to expanding RS&H’s aviation practice, with a focus on complex terminal programs, operational readiness and passenger experience. Her appointment strengthens the firm’s bench as airports continue to advance large-scale capital development programs.

She most recently led architectural efforts on the $130 million expansion and renovation of Key West International Airport, overseeing design coordination and execution. Her experience spans aviation, military and commercial projects, with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and high-profile infrastructure work.

Prior to joining RS&H, Fang held senior roles at a Tampa-based consultancy and founded her own architecture practice. Her background in both firm leadership and project delivery aligns with RS&H’s collaborative approach to aviation design and program execution.

Fang holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and is a registered architect and LEED Accredited Professional.

Her addition reflects continued investment by RS&H in expanding technical expertise and leadership capacity as airport development programs grow in scale and complexity.
