Airport Building Operations and Maintenance Optimization and Recommissioning: A Whole-Systems Approach

The National Academies' Transportation Research Board issued the following news: TRB's Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) has reissued a request for proposals to develop a primer for airports that explores the potential benefits of a whole-building systems lifecycle approach to operations and maintenance optimization and recommissioning, and that offers airports suggested guidance for preparing a building systems optimization and recommissioning plan. Proposals are due July 25, 2012.

TRB's Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) has reissued a request for proposals to develop a primer for airports that explores the potential benefits of a whole-building systems lifecycle approach to operations and maintenance optimization and recommissioning, and that offers airports suggested guidance for preparing a building systems optimization and recommissioning plan. Proposals are due July 25, 2012.

The request for proposals for this project was originally released on January 31, 2012; no award was made. The purpose of this request for proposals is to initiate a new competition for this project. No change has been made to the funding amount, the contract time, or the scope. This solicitation is open to all proposers, including any agencies that responded to the earlier request.
